Globelines Broadband sings crappy-crap-crap Internet Connections

(..and boy bands sings)

Those are the lines I hear when phoning their 173 (Globelines Phone) technical support number. Much more, I get stupefied phoning them when having problems with internet connection that I need to wait for even an hour just to be answered by them. And, please note! I don’t like to hear their boy band songs played while waiting on the line. It never works to calm me!

From the very first time I had services with them, they already sucks. Last year, having just a phone line with them gives me a 3-month problem. I get bad lines and an intermittently no-dial tone. Through going to their service centers is the only key that I got my phone line working. (Of course, I can’t phone their hotline and listen to their boy band again, I don’t have a dial tone!)

But through my mom’s friend, I was still convinced to upgrade my services this year to a plan that gives me a phone line and an internet connection. We’ll, I said that I might give them a chance.

With regrets, I should have not! It even worsen my case. I was excited to get a internet connection but it took a month and half for me to have it. I got smooth connection on few days. But I got this stupid problem of intermittent connection up until now!
