office 2010 agent excitement kit

Just this week, I received this Microsoft Office 2010 Agent Excitement Kit from work. Indeed, I was excited, yet dismay to know that it doesn’t include the software for Microsoft Office 2010. Inside the kit is a clear beverage bottle, a white t-shirt with the Office 2010 logo printed on it, an ID holder with the office 2010 badge and some papers included with information of office 2010. Anyways, it is still awesome to receive this freebies! Weeee. Awesomeness!

I’m sure that the requirements for the UnionBank EON Visa Card were pretty simple. Those requirements I think are not hard to find.

unionbank eon visa card

Today, I just got my UnionBank EON Visa Card. Well, just making myself sure and not to get disappointed when going there after week and still not there, and so took the card after two weeks.

You see, I find it more advantage on this card. I need not to deposit a large amount of money nor to have a maintaining balance in order not to be deducted of some interest like any other ATM bank accounts. Though there is an annual fee of Php350.00, it is reasonable enough for keeping the account active when you have no money left on it. Embarrassing it may seem, but like me, my money on the bank sometimes just come and goes. It sad to realize that after a week or two, the account was already close and you get to pay an amount to activate it again. That is why this no maintaining balance is a great deal to me!

Aside from the no minimum balance to maintain, the UnionBank EON Visa Card has the following key features, as per their website information;

Access your balances and transaction history
No more waiting for statements to arrive in the mail, Internet Banking lets you view your account balance and transactions at any time.

Transfer funds
No more waiting in queues to transfer funds or pay bills. Transfer funds between your own or to other UnionBank accounts. You can also enrol in the facility to transfer funds to other banks.

Pay Bills
On your own time and from you home, you can pay your credit card, insurance/pre-need/premiums, utility bills.

You can even schedule a bills payment for a later date!

The fastest, the most convenient way to bank!
No branches. No passbooks or check books. No transaction slips. No time wasted. Do your banking transaction in 60 seconds at home, or anywhere in the world where you have internet access.

Transfer funds from your EON account to another UnionBank account or any other bank account in the Philippines.
EON is the country’s first electronic fund transfer facility among other banks. All you need to do is specify the Bank, the Beneficiary or Account Holder’s Name and his /her Account Number and you’re all set!

Pay Your Bills On-line!
Just enter your billing details – the corresponding reference number and the amount to be paid. You will receive a confirmation number as your receipt for every payment made.

Make balance inquiries, get account summaries
Including transaction details. Monitoring your account has never been this easy

Product Key Card (PKC) VS Point of Sale Activation (POSA)

PKC (Product Key Card)

New to Office 2010, PKC refers to a card with 5×5 product key printed on it. PKC is offered as a standalone purchase at a lower price than a boxed version of the product containing media. The user purchases the PKC and enters it during setup just like any other product key, both for preloaded bits or download.

POSA (Point of Sale Activation)

Customers acquire a box at retail that contains a pin with 27 characters, retailers activate the PIN at point of sale, customer will then register online, enter the PIN to retrieve the 5×5 Product Key.

Note:
POSA is available in the U.S., Canada, all EU countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
The following languages are available for POSA: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Swedish, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish.

unionbank visa eon card

In the coming week, I’ll be claiming my UnionBank Visa Eon Card. As per information provided by the teller, the card can be claimed two weeks after. I should then get it next week.

What are the requirements for UnionBank Eon Card?

I thought that it’ll require me more documents and a big amount of cash to open and apply for an Eon Card. But, you’ll just need to have 2 valid photo bearing IDs to open an account. Photo bearing ID’s such as Social Security System (SSS) ID, Government Services Insurance System (GSIS), Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card, Company ID, Postal ID, Current Driver’s License (accompanied by OR), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Current School ID (for students), and the like will be accepted. Make photocopies of your ID as it will be submitted and make sure to bring these ID’s too as they might require it. A required Php350.00 will paid to cover the annual fee for the card.

These are all the requirements and we are good to go using UnionBank Visa Eon Card verified through Paypal for online transactions. ;)
