If you are a fan of this season’s Pinoy Big Brother Double Up, you will surely know the Melason Loveteam. They are both big brothers housemates, Melissa and Jason, that will tickle you with their kilig moments, naughty acts and stupidity watching them on TV.

How to Open the System Properties Window

There are about two ways I know how to open the System Properties Window.

First Way through clicking on the Icons;

1. Click on the Start Button
2. Right Click My Computer / Computer
3. Left Click on Properties
4. System Properties Window will now appear.

Second Way through the Command Prompt;

1. Click on the Start Button
2. Click Run
3. Type in the letters ‘cmd
4. The Command Prompt window will open
5. Type in ‘sysdm.cpl‘ and hit Enter
6. System Properties Window will now appear.

Facebook Paypal WishList

Have you tried recently Facebook Application’s Paypal Wishlist? Would you think I’ll get more of a dollar if I took it seriously referring others to sign up?

I just recently read an email from Paypal  that a $1 was sent to my Paypal Account. A Facebook buddy pinged me about it and he did received too just about $4 though.

Isn’t this kindda cool to work on for more?

PRIVATE EDUCATION STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PESFA)

I was kindda digging stuff at home one afternoon. I found my certificates and my attention diverted to the my PESFA notice of award school year 2003-2004 for my Bachelor of Science and Information Technology course. It reminded me of my high schools friends (and nope, not my batch mates but real high school friends from ANS), to which I recently sent a message to one of them to take initiative as early as now to look for scholarship grants.

I sat for awhile and read my notice of award. I checked some resources online to share this information to you and to those of my graduating high school friends.

And here are the information about the PESFA Scholarship that you oath to know.

By virtue of RA 6728 “An Act Providing Government Assistance to the Students and Teachers in Private Education (GASTPE) and Appropriating Funds Therefore”, PESFA was established. This is a study grant for qualified and deserving college freshmen who intend to enroll or is presently enrolled in priority courses in selected HEIs and who are not more than 30 years of age at the time of application for the program.

PRIVATE EDUCATION STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PESFA)

A. LEGAL BASIS

1. R.A. 6728 ”An Act Providing Government Assistance to the Students and Teachers in Private Education and Appropriating Funds (GASTPE) Therefore
2. CHED Order No. 03, s. 2000

B. CLIENTELE

Entering College Freshmen

C. PARTICIPATING HIGHER EDUCAITON INSTITUTIONS (HEIs)

Selected and Private HEIs

D. AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

Priority Courses

E. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Filipino citizen
2. Currently enrolled or intend to enroll in any of the CHED-priority courses
3. Not more than 30 years of age at the time the application to the program
4. With parents/guardians having a gross annual income not more than P120,000.00

F. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1. Latest BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) of applicant’s parents/ guardians
2. High School Report Card (Form 138)
3. Certification of good moral character from the High School Principal

G. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Secure application form from the College Registrar of a private HEIs authorized by CHED to administer the PESFA Program or from the CHED Regional Office, and
2. Submit the accomplished form together with the required documents to the Registrar’s Office

H. FINANCIAL BENEFITS

1. Tuition Fee and other fees as billed by the school but not to exceed P 4,500.00
2. Book allowance: P 250.00
3. Stipend: P 2,500.00
